Thanks for choosing East Coast Property Reports – we really appreciate it!

Before we can lock in your Pre-Purchase Pest & Building Inspection, Australian Standards require that we have a signed Pre-Inspection Agreement in place. This simply outlines the Terms & Conditions, what's included in the inspection, and any limitations.

To move forward, please take a moment to read through the Agreement. Once you're happy with everything, just fill in the required details at the bottom and click "I Agree." Once that’s done, we’ll get a notification and give you a call to confirm your booking.

The inspection fee (including GST) will be provided directly – feel free to call or text me on 0450 099 603 and I’ll send through the full Fee & Agreement details.
